STUPIDITY OF LAWMAKERS AND POLICY MAKERS, MAYBE?

MAY I HAVE THE RIGHT INTERPRETATION PLEASE?

The importance of correct interpretation

CONFUSION MAY I SAY! IS NOT THE WORD TO USE HERE, STUPIDITY OF LAWMAKERS AND POLICY MAKERS, MAYBE? INCOMPETENCE OF POLICY MAKERS IS THE RIGHT TERMS TO USE HERE.

WHO IS THE CORRECT INTERPRETER? IRB, CIC, IP9, OR THE IRPA !

IF THE IP9 IS THE CORRECT ONE, THAT MEANS THE DEFINITION OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES PERMITS ONTARIO PARALEGALS PRACTICE IMMIGRATION FOR A FEES AT THE IRB, CBSA, AND BEFORE THE CIC MINISTER.

WHICH MEANS, IRB CHAIRPERSON BRIAN GOODMAN IS DEAD WRONG IN HIS INTERPRETATION TO PROHIBIT ONTARIO PARALEGAL FROM PRACTICING IMMIGRATION FOR A FEE!, WAS HIS DECISION TO FAVOR A SPECIFIC ORIGINATION OR CLOSE FRIEND?

WHAT IF CIC IS CORRECT ON IT’S THEIR INTERPRETATION OF WHO IS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE! ARE THEY CONTRADICTING OR MODIFYING THE IRPA AS THEY WISHES. IT LEADS TO HAVE THE IP9 INTEROPERATION IS DEAD WRONG,

AND, IF IRPA IS WRONG AND CIC AND IP9 IS RIGHT, THEN IRB IS WRONG. THE RESULT NO MATTER HOW YOU FLIP IT, AT THE END, ONTARIO PARALEGALS HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRACTICE IMMIGRATION FOR A FEE UNDER THE IP9 DEFINITION OF THE TERM AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES "INDIVIDUAL WHO ARE MEMBERS WITH CANADIAN PROVINCIAL , TERRITORIAL LAW SOCIETY".

ONTARIO PARALEGALS ARE P1 LICENSE AND MEMBERS BY THE LSUC. THAT ALLOWS SIGNIFICANT MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY CSIP INC WHO ARE LICENSE ONTARIO PARALEGALS RECOGNIZED AS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES.

CONCLUSION,

NO MATTER HOW THE SO CALLED COMPETENT POLICY MAKERS AT CIC, IRB, CBSA ARE! YET, SOME OF THEM BELIEVE THEY ARE QUALIFIED AND CAN WRITE ANYTHING ON PIECE OF PAPER AS THEY WISH AND MAKE IT A LAW TO ACT UPON IT.

ARE THE REFERENCES BELOW ALL ARE WRONG? ARE THEY ALL CORRECT? THAT MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE! THEREFORE, CIC MUST MAKEUP ITS MIND TO ALLOW THE PUBLIC FOLLOW ONE RULE; THE TROUBLE IS WHICH ONE THEY MAY CHOOSE?

The interpreter module IP9 may have .... interpretation often takes precedence over a correct interpretation!

It is the IRB's position that an Ontario paralegal who is a transitional candidate for a Class P1 licence, or who is the holder of a Class P1 licence, is not “a member of … a bar of a province” and therefore is not an “authorized representative” as defined in the IRP Regulations .
